The 2016 GLA was Mercedes-Benz’s second entry to the Sub-compact Luxury Crossover segment retaining many of the same traits from the previous year. Offered with a base 2.0 litre turbocharged engine or the AMG tuned 2.0 litre which made a whopping 375 hp, the GLA is a fun to drive crossover hatchback. The interior is not what is expected from the typical Mercedes-Benz, though it’s not so bad for its entry luxury position. So, if you are looking for an entry into the luxury brand market and you want a little more ground clearance than a typical sedan, picking up a GLA could be the answer. It is certainly a popular choice as evidenced by the value it has retained over the past four years.
